Canada Day on PEI!!
This year's Charlottetown
SummerFest will feature a great deal of different activities for
a variety of age levels. Children's Activities presented by Bell Aliant,
will host popular Children's Shows featuring the Doodlebops, the Swash
Buckler Pirate Zone, Children's Characters, and the ever popular Petting
Zoo presented by Atlantic Superstore. For your viewing pleasure the festival
will be offering daily performances of the West Coast Lumberjack Show,
complete with log rolling! Buskers will also be roaming with shows all
throughout the festival Canada Day, proudly presented by Westjet taking
place on Thursday, will once again feature a 10 Hour Concert for Canada,
with some of the Island's greatest musicians, free tours of Founders'
Hall and so much more. Wrapping up the evening will be the largest fireworks
display east of Ottawa. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements on the Canada
Day lineup! Saturday, July 3 will feature family programming throughout
the day and the evening will showcase a solid line-up of musicians for
the concert.
