Reservations: Email ONLY
Email is the ONLY method of reserving your group for the Canada Day Weekend this year. It allows us to manage the large number of people we are expecting. Those that have stayed with us before know the process and we ask new visitors to have patience and follow the process as it leads to a positive reservation process. Send your Name, Phone Number, and the names of the people in your group to: Camping@vistabay.ca.

Give Us Information: When you email us, please give us information to assist us in assigning your group to a site.

• Are you bringing an tent, RV or trailer?
• Do you wish to be located next to anyone in particular?
• Are you looking for a quieter site?

Bus transportation will start running 2-3 hours prior to the first band on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Return from the venue will begin aprox 1 hour before the last concert ends. Bus transportation will run from the designated pickup spot until 2:15 Saturday and Sunday evenings, and 1:15 on Monday. Tuesday night return transportation will continue for 1 hour after the final fireworks display. Bus tickets for the weekend will be $20, with a pay as you go option of $5 when you board the bus.

Rules: Read and understand these rules prior to booking with us. These Rules will be strictly enforced, so make sure everyone in your group sees them. Anyone in you group breaking these rules may result in you entire group being evicted.

Camping: Open Field

The concert venue, Confederation Landing, is located 8kms from VistaBay. Bus transportation will be available to and from the venue Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. The campground includes security personel, campfires, temporary buildings with warm shower facilities (electrical outlets) and flush toilets. Perimeter portable toilets, and parking are within the site. There are no wooded or serviced sites.

Group Leader/Organiser: The Organiser of the group is key to the registration process for the Canada Day Weekend.

• All communication emails will come from the organiser.
• Changes in the group list must be submitted via email no later then June 20.
• Provide credit card for deposit and guarentee (deposit per group is $65). This credit card will also be used in the event that any damage is caused by members of the group.
• Ensure that payment is made either by cash at arrival, or pre-paid via credit card. Pre-paid groups will be processed quickly..
• Site inspection upon departure.
• Contact person on site.

Rates: $55.00 + refundable $10 Environment Deposit, $65 Total
The campsite fee is $55.00 per person for the weekend Plus a refundable $10 environmental deposit. This is a flat rate that includes Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday nights. The Environmental Deposit is a refundable deposit to foster a "leave it as you found it" attitude in those staying on the site. Campsite dimensions will be based on your requested number of people per site.

Security: Registered IDs
You MUST bring a form of Picture ID when you arrive!! Everyone registered in the campground will be issued an ID. Protect these IDs, as there will be a fee for re-issuing a missing ID. Damaged IDs will be replaced at no cost. Anyone found on site without an ID will be removed from the campsite area. Unregistered Guests are NOT allowed on site at any time. This is to ensure the saftey of everyone staying on site, so we expect your cooperation.

Refund Policy:

• Cut off date for a group cancellation is June 25th. Deposit is forfiet after this date
• There will be no refunds after June 25th
